Be'l went to Mayta office door and buzzed it waiting to get the ok from Mayta. "Sir its me your Executive Officer Capt Be'Lana Sok'Mat."

Col.MayTa looks up from his desk, I wonder who this can be. something tells him its his new Xo.
Col.MayTa Computer unlock the door. Computer " cherps and the door unlocks " Enter he speaks loudly. The
doors open and Captain Belana stands in the door way, Sir may I speak with you? Col.MayTa eyes her as she just stands in the door way. Come on in Captain, He gives a blank look as she walk in

"hello Colonel Mayta sir, or as it says in klingon. "Qavan Colonel Mayta", Be'l spoke very little klingon since her mom is betazoid. "I''m here to get to know you better before the Sanctuary takes off from space dock." Be'l said to him with a slight grin. "Like i said im only a halfling Klingon/Betazoid.
I know full klingons hate halflings I just don't want to go near one." Be'l said, she walked around Colonel Mayta's replicator and Replicated Earl Grey Tea Hot and sugar." With her cup in her hand." I hope you and I colonel get to know each other as command team sir, when it comes to bridge detail sir."
Be'l waited for Colonel Mayta to respond back to her as Be'l looked at him with a stern look to her.



Col. MayTa looks at her with a stern blank stair. He thinks that was bold f her, just to replicate tea.
He makes a face. Captain sit down, he eyes the seat.+Taps+ Lt. Razor come in here. Moments
later Lt. Razor walks in,Sir! Col.MayTa eyes him to stand to his left. Lt. Razor walks over. Razor how
long have we served together. Lt. Razor off and on for 10 years sir. Col. MayTa stands and looks out
the window, What is the one thing that all my Command staff has to do. Lt. Razor grns as he looks at,
the Captain. Earn their way on to the ship. Col.MayTa turns, Captain at this freaking point, you have not
earned shit. He takes a deep breath, you see that i'm not amused or pleased with you actions. Your
attitued and the way you carry yourself. Captain Belanan sits there puzzled. Col.MayTa looks at her,
When I asked you to think about things, I mean it the way you answered back.. After is said to think about
it and to get back to me. That tells me one of two things, one your trying to impress me! Or
two your a know it all. Either way you dont ever do that again. If I ask your opinion or as a suggestion,
then I exspected a quick answer.

Col.MayTa looks at Lt. Razor, Lt. Razor nodding Co is right. Col.MayTa stands in front of Captain Belana.
He sits on his desk. You see the ships Logo on his uniform. Captain Belana nods yes sir. Col.MayTa leans
foraward, you have to earn it as well as your post as XO. He leans back, I normally pick my crew, but
some how you managed. To get your self to be selected as XO. I talked to Admerial Chace and General
Howred. They told me you, well in short howned them. For the love of GOD, its beyond me WHY in the hell
anyone would WANT the post of XO here on the this ship. Col.MayTa looks off and the stands and walks
back to the window, Unless you have a death wish I suggest you pack and leave. The Post as XO is not
for everyone, Lt. Razor held it for a bit and then, he chose to leave for another post. For what reason
do you think you can handle the post as XO! Captain Belana goes to speak but stops.

Col.MayTa sighs, Captain Belana You Betazoid Menat gifts, Stick them in a bag and for get about using them.
He turns, You teleapthic skills, may serve you well here But in other Temporal time lines.There are other
races that will eat you alive. Some races can mask their intentions, emotions and even use. Your betazoid
skills against you. About 12 years ago, we had a Science officer you was half Betazoid She though she would
be helpful if she used her Betazoid empathy. Well in short the Tholians mind fucked her and we where.
dragged back ass backwards into a Temporal rift. because she pushed us to turn and run. Insted of fighting.
The ship was nearly ripped in two.

So when you can see why i'm so tough on those who try to become a seinor staff member. SO if you THINK
FOR ONE GOD DAMN MOMENT, YOU CAN MAKE IT! you have another thing coming, You have to earn you
post. On top of learning your post. You have pass all profficany test.Your going to pass everything with
a 98%. Thats from PT (Physical Training) Weapons, EVERYTHING. I know Star Fleet Marines say its ok. To
Pass with 96%. NOt on this ship, cant pass at 98% I'll will shit kick you and your gear out the nearest AIR LOCK! AM I RIGHT OR WORNG Lt. Razor? Lt. Razor your right, Captain lets put it this way, only 2 out of 20
make it here. Col.MayTa i'am givng you 24 hours, to really think about, if you truly want this post. At then
end of 24 hours, if you wish to leave quietly. Place you combage on my desk, of just hand it yo Lt. Razor.
Col.MayTa looks at Lt. Razor Dismissed, Lt.Razor stops leans down to the Captain, Mam really think about.
it because your in for a real night mare. HE walks out the door.

Col.MayTa turns and looks at her, At this point in time your relived of duty to think about all this.Now get
the hell out of here. I dont want to see you around or near the ship until 24 hours is up. Captain Belana
slowly gets up and heads out. Col.MayTa follows her out and he sits in his seat looking over some padda
left there.

Belana looked at her captain and shook her head,{{what did i do, i just wanted to introduce myself}} Be'l thought with a brief sigh.
She looked at Mayta,"permission to speak sir." Be'l asked?
